Caramelised Onion Camembert: A sweet, savoury camembert with caramelised onions throughout and topped with a balsamic glaze.

Macadamia Cashew Camembert: A rich, creamy semi-hard cheese with a macadamia rind.

Peppercorn Brie: A creamy and savoury smooth cultured cashew brie topped with crushed rainbow peppercorns.

Chive and Dill: A lively, fresh herbed white cheese.

Smokey Cheddar: A moderately smokey smooth, rich cheddar.
