Next Day Shipping

Our vegan cheese is a fresh food item and is perishable. As such, we offer cold shipping for all orders in Australia. This shipping method is considerably more expensive for consumers, however, it guarantees that it will arrive to you as intended. We also offer next day shipping, utilising ice sheets, at a discounted rate for people semi local to us. People eligible for this shipping method are located on the Sunshine Coast, in Brisbane, on the Gold Coast, or in Northern NSW. However, this method is at the risk of the consumer as we can not guarantee what temperature it will arrive at once it leaves our warehouse.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for perished items as a result of choosing next day shipping.

This is an exhaustive list of where we ship to (using our cold shipping method). If your region is not listed, we are unable to ship to you at this time as we rely on cold shipping couriers to deliver our vegan cheese to you.
